This thread is for Anglernfuego, trevbraddock, rondef, and any of the others I've been talking to lately about getting together with before the end of the season. Seeing as it's getting pretty cold (though temps will pick back up next week) and the fishing has died down a lot for me lately (been getting skunked quite a bit) I decided on 4 more days I will be fishing before my "fall season" ends and I pack up my gear for the year. Here they are. Let me know if you wanna jump in and fish a bit on any one of these days.

Saturday, November 17: 7:15am - 11:30 or 12:00pm at Fredericksburg/Rappahnnock River (Bank fishing for smallies)

Monday, November 19: 8:15am - 12:00pm at Lake Royal (Bank fishing)

Tuesday, November 20: 8:15 - 12:00pm at Lake Mercer (Bank fishing)

Wednesday, November 21: 8:15am - 3:00pm at Curtis Lake in Stafford, VA (Bank fishing)

Let me know guys. I'm hoping to get my pb on one of these five days as I wanted to end the year with a 3+ pounder... but it's lookin' grim as of now. I think my best chance will either be Fountainhead, Lake Mercer or Curtis Lake.

Hey dad, you should try and get off that Wed before thanksgiving.  Maybe ash can come with us and stuff down to Lake Curtis.  Would be a fun day.  Let me know.  I'll see you around 6:15am Saturday morning so we can head out to Fredericksburg and nail some of those smallmouth.  Hopefully it will be a good day.  Later.

Been a while.  I apologize, new job position threw me off and if that isnt enough my wife just gave birht to our second child, a boy, FISH ON!

Anyways, life has been crazy, but good.  I will try to catch you this Saturday if my buddy skips out on me as I suppose he will.  We are supposed to try and tackle the rez one last time..  Other than that, I'll have to play things by ear.  Hope to see you all out there again before the season ends.  J, congrats on the wedding.  TTYL

I just put in a leave slip for the week of Thanksgiving so I should be good to fish all of the days.  Your sister does not get in until Wednesday night so she won't be able to fish.  Maybe the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving she would be able to go fishing depending on the the weather.

Congrats on the new boy man that is exciting.  I was wondering why we hadn't heard from you in a while.  I don't think any of us even knew there was one on the way.  Great times man!

Saturday is out the window.  I got home last night explaining my plans to the wife and completely forgot we were going to open our joint savings this weekend and I've already pushed it back two weeks so I gotta take care of this.  We also are behind on our thank you notes for the wedding so she has me helping with this and then I have to help clean up the apartment which I've been promising to do for the last two weeks... yikes.  You know... married life  

Guess I'm just whipped.  Anyway, I am headed on out to do some shore fishing early Sunday morning.  If anyone has any ideas let me know as to where you may wanna go.  I wanna go somewhere I haven't been a whole lot this year, maybe even drive out to Lake Brittle or something, that would be sweet.

Anyone else chime in.  I'm already setting aside days from my Christmas break (11 days paid leave for my state position) to put new trebles on my lures, oil my reels, organize my tackle, stock up on stuff I may need for spring, etc.  I'm starting to get quite sad... it's not my favorite time of the year.  But on the other hand I do get to spend some much needed time with wifey for 4-5 months while I wait for the spawn to come around.  And there goes my first year as a bass fisherman.... gone... at least I made some great memories this year that I'll never forget, not to mention some of the great guys I've met on here who have become my friends.

I'm off the week leading to Thanksgiving and 6 days after.  The only morning I can't do anything is the day of Thanksgiving and the morning after.  Other than that I'll be doing some fishing.  Also, Jay or Ron if you want do some fishing Sunday morning let me know.

Andy, a friend of mine is taking me out on lake braddock on his boat sunday morning so I'm out for that. But next saturday my dad and I are going down to Fredericksburg for some smallies if you want in. All you gotta do is meet me at my place bright and early, I'm drivin. Just give me a heads up and I'll add you in. I have two spots available in my car. Same goes for others. Anyone interested just pm me.
