Looking for some people to fish with. I recently got into fishing and I like it (a lot), but have no one to fish with. . Anyone else fish here?

I fish there now and then.

I have fished there a few times but primarily fish saltwater, as long as the rod is bending I'm happy.

I've only fished off the dock there, never in a boat.

Man, do I hate them alligators there... I hooked what was easily a 6 pounder one day, as I'm reeling it in, here comes big ol' daddy alligator...

He just sat there for a good minute with my fish in his wide open jaws before gobblin' it up... Wish I had my camera, it was really a sight to see. :'( :'( :'(

You must have been on 441 just south of Boynton Beach Blvd.  There is more shore access at the location Lox rd east off 441, plus you can fish the canal all the way down as well.

I have had the same encounter with a gator before.
