At least the Potomac Yards one is clearing out returns and boxless stuff.  I got a new Shimano Cardiff 200A and two Shimano Sahara 1500s (one with box and papers, one without) for $130 total.  It was on a table near the fishing stuff. There's a few Pflueger Trions, a couple more Saharas, and a couple 300A Cardiffs.  Just a heads up.

Don't bother with the one on 78 in the Stone Mountain/Snellville area. They cleared that kind of stuff out about 1.5-2 yrs ago and never restocked any of it.

They've got a bunch of last year's Shimano spinning reels at full price, over-priced Rapala cranks in colors nobody wants, a bizarre little assortment of soft plastics, racks full of cheapo rods, and a several rod/reel combos missing the reels...but still marked at full price.  :
