Marine Biology question......

Featured Replies

I am working on studying marine biology soon. Does anyone know a good place to research it on the internet? I would really appreciate any help, thanks!

Have you tried Googling "Marine Biology?"

I am not sure about research info, but try googling the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, they have one of the top Marine Biology schools in the nation.

1. Louisiana State University's Oceanography and Marine Biology Department.

2. Dr. Keith Jones at Berkley Research Department.

3. Google "Sea Grant Universities" for the closest Sea Grant University where you live.

Try to visit any university that offers Marine Biology as a major and check out their college's library.

Contact a professor at the school and ask your questions. Some profs are friendly and will help you.  Others can be jerks and sluff you off.

Also, check out your state library if it is close to you or your local public library to see what they have in their stacks on marine biology.

Good luck.

The University of Oklahoma has had a good program that has produced some new concepts into bass fishing (Color C-lector and some others).  I don't know if they call it "Marine Biology", but it might be worth a looky-see.

I was told either Florida or Florida State has a good program.

His genius lies in his simplicity.
