Well I saw this and got a laugh out of it. I thought you guys would enjoy this. Sad thing is, is that this guy might actually have to pay the wrong amount of $71. I mean I understand people make mistakes but how stupid can you be to not see it after its pointed out to you and explained countless times. Hear the whole Verizon support call here.

Oh, duh!  The green "here" blends in with the tan background.  Thanks for the assistance.

Boy, those folks at Verizon sure had a hard time grasping the difference between .002 cents and .002 dollars.  I'm horrible with math and even I could understand the difference.  They seem to want to ignore what he was allegedly quoted and are fixating on the .002 dollars.
