Morning Rant: People these days....

Featured Replies

So I was driving around work in Richmond, VA looking for some parallel parking, parking is a bit limited so spots are scarce.

I'm driving around for about 10mins or so when I someone getting ready to leave..."Yay" I thought...

So I wait with my blinker signal on until the person pulls out...and like ya'll know, in order to parallel park properly you have to drive up in front of the spot and reverse into it...

Well as soon as I drive up and put my car in reverse ANOTHER car comes and jacks my spot from behind...needless to say I WAS ticked...I reverse and see that it's a woman in about her 40's, I honk at her (slight taps to get her attention) and told her politely that I was waiting for the spot ("excuse me ma'am, I was waiting for that spot") and all she could say was..."I didn't see your name on it"...  >:(

Wow...

I seriously wanted to slash some tires this morning....

Maybe tomorrow will be a down pour and you'll get the close spot and she'll have to park an extra block or two away.

These things do have a way of evening out over time.   :)

If you see her car down there again, try to do the same thing to her.

Revenge will get you nowhere. It happened, probablly going to happen a few more times before you, ain't worth carrying it around let it go, it is just a parking space.

I saw people shot over spaces in Brooklyn, it was never really worth it. I have more important fights every day to handle, let it go.

Let Karma take care of her. Things will even out In the universe eventually. Its only a matter of time.

Maybe you should have blocked her and had a stand-off like George in Seinfeld. ;D

No, Muddy is right.  People do this to me at Wal-mart all the time.  Apparently, being there first and putting your signal on means nothing anymore.  Getting worked up over it and seeking revenge isn't the answer.  Alot of people are jerks. . . period.  Try not to stoop to their level or let them steal your joy!

People like her eventually will run into someone that will be a lot less forgiving then you were. Her time will come.

Women should not be allowed to drive.

Karma; Things take care of themselves

Slas Tires; the Judge Takes care of you.

That was meant as a rhetorical question. ;)

Just bustin on ya Bass Fisherman, think your immune

I should know by now.

:P

Slashing tires is criminal damage to property. I'd have parked around the corner.  Losing air via a "leaky" valve is a different story.

See how she likes changing a tire. If you spot her changing it I'd say "hey I'm sure glad you parked there instead of me" Then duck into a store with a back entrance and go about your merry way.

Heres a question, what were you driving, better yet, what was she driving that allowed her to park without having to parallel park herself?

Women should not be allowed to drive.

simply remove 2 valve stems.

That will not work, they are IMPLANTS

Women should not be allowed to drive.

That deserves an extra

Post a description of her car and license plate number on one of those bad driver websites.
