John Hughes Documentary

Featured Replies

I'm watching this documentary off of netflix right now, called "Don't You Forget About Me." It's a documentary on John Hughes, you might not know the guy, but I know you fisherman know some of his films: Uncle Buck, Planes Trains Autmobiles, Ferris Bueller, Breakfast Club.  He died this past year going into cardiac arrest, sad.

I guess in 1991 he just vanished from the Hollywood scene. Must be why all the teen movies have gone down hill since then.

My favorites were Uncle Buck and the Breakfast Club. He wrote and produced many other big name movies. One thing about his movies are they are definitely unique. Cool and different in their own way, no movie out there has their type of ora. John was definitely gifted!

Anyways, I'm watching it now and I think there hoping to find out why he went into submission.

Share your criticism towards his movies, I know you fisherman have some, lets hear it...
