Got woke up about 5:04 this morning, odd rumbling sound and pictures on the wall started to vibrate. Got to work to see the news, it was a 3.7 magnitude earthquake. It was centered about a mile from my house. Small by Cali standards but big news around here, first one I have felt in my life.

I heard! I have a cousin up there near Baltimore. Everything okay?

Yeah, everything is fine, no damage. Just freaked people out, we don't get earthquakes here often. Most didn't know what was going on until they checked the news.
