Is the site slow for anyone else?

Featured Replies

I've been meaning to ask this for about a month or so. The site has been extremely slow for me for the last month. It didn't use to be and no other sites are slow for me at the time.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm not complaining but I'd like to know if it's on my end so I can fix it.

The site has been just fine for me. Although, I ended up getting rid of Internet Explorer and switched to FireFox.

Try a different browser to compare.

Its fast at work and at home for me.

The site is considerably slower for me on my Mac at home.  Doesn't bother me too much, but you're definitely not alone.

I'm using a Mac also. When I'm at work the site is a lot faster with the Dells there.

Thad, are you using a router? If so, unplug it. Connect your mac straight to the modem, and turn it back on.

See if that has any performance difference.

Once in a while it gets slow.  This morning I tried to reply to this thread and it just about stopped.  Had been fine 'til then.

It's OK now.

I've been getting it once in a while over the last couple of days.  Usually it goes away a few moments later.  Like Rhino, I've had a thread try to load and it just stopped.  Hit the back button and tried again and it was fine.
