Wasn't sure where to post this, but here goes...

Taking the wife and kids to Fort Walton Beach, FL in August, and we're going with several other families. Myself and the other dads wanted to do a deep-sea fishing or offshore sport fishing trip, but need help with guides/charter services in the FWB / Destin area. I've gone to several web sites that list dozens of different charter services, but I don't know what to be on the lookout for, or which one's are better than the others.

Any tips or recommendations would be most appreciated.
