saltwater anglers....

Featured Replies

Anyone tried out the new version of mirrolures "mirrodine" yet?  I picked up a few different colors about a week ago and have since caught 3 or 4 trout and 1 red (nothing too big though).  Just wondering if anyone else has had the same response with them....

No I haven't tried them yet, but I did catch some snook on a rattle trap, seems like the biggest difference in the 2 lures is the placement of the line eye, I will try it. You must have some bait up there, we have very little down here so the bite has been extremely slow, the fish just are not in.

Are you fishing icw, rivers, surf, flats in a boat?

I agree with your signature, bass are ok but sure don't fight like the average saltwater fish.

MirrOdine is a Suspending Twitchbait; it suspends at 10- to 12-inch depths, ideal for fishing shallows or near the water's surface.

My most productive has been MirrOdine LX 3/8 oz in 17MR-CFPR ;)

Sirsnooksalot.....I've been mainly using them wade fishing in the indian river near the titusville area.  Within the week i will be making a trip out to the space coast to try my luck with them wading in mosquito lagoon.. if your interested ill let you know how it goes. Hopefully i will hook into a few more reds out there!
