I'll be checking the bridges soon.  The snook activity should be picking up anytime now.

I'm not a pro angler but I do know my home waters and where to get information and those forums are reporting the same.

The fish are not always present in the ocean, even with bait around, this is common. It changes day to day or hour to hour and the tide cycle plays an important part.

Bassn , I've been fishing under the Boynton bridge at low tide. No water so I climbed down the seawall and fish at the waters edge. Lot of bait busting and caught a few snook each day. Today the low tide was later so no bait, no snook, you know how that goes.

This can be a good time of the year for snook islands, you can take your boat there.
