A nice one, on a tough day.

Featured Replies

Well, I went out with a friend, and we started off Ok, a couple of dinks andthen he got a decent one almost 3# then it slowed down for a while, the skies were blue, and a front had just passed thriough the previous night. We were throwing cranks and plastics for the most part expecting the fish to be on or near the shore. He got the big bite we were waiting for, and she put up a good fight, he finally boated her, 5-1 on the digi. Not too bad the first 5+ I have seen in a while. Overall about 18 -20 fish mostly small ones for me. Very good day on the lake though. It was a little cold in the morning (LOL) 60 degrees or so.

Looks good to me. Great pics!

I am sooooo jealous!   I'll be able to catch one of those---in about 5 months, that is, if we don't get our usual springtime blizzard >:(!!

Very nice.  I just got out of bed and looked outside.  It's beautiful, blue bird skies and 67 degrees but I thought the fishing would be bad.

I think I will take the boat out for the rest of the day.

Nice fish!!!! I don't know if it is considered a tough day with about 20 fish. ;)
