Nice cold day in South FL!

Featured Replies

Had a pretty nice little outing on a friend's john boat today! Only got out for a little over an hour. Within the first 20 minutes, my friend goes: Got one! As he's reeling his in, I feel my lure get struck! Got mine in before his, he caught a hog! Mine went a little over 3 lbs, with his hitting 5 right on the dot! ;)

My catch, before he got his to the boat:

My buddy there just had ACL surgery, so I had to help him a little to land that guy!

Had a feeling the fishin' would be pretty good today! Tight lines!

Those are some nice fish!  Congrats!

Very nice, You have been on them in this cold weather. I haven't even dared to go outdoors.

;D ;D I've really only been going out mid-day when it's a little warmer! But still, it hasn't been TOO cold...

It seems like the little fish aren't even eating right now, only the bigger ones! Past few weeks have been great fishin'! ;)

Nice FISH.  That's the way to battle the cold. But actually, I find the wind to be a more pain in the ars.

How cold could it be?  Your buddy is wearing shorts!  He also has on a winter coat, but shorts!?!  And your water is still in liquid form.  It was 8 this morning.  You guys suck! ;D

The wind was definitely the worst part. The lake was gettin' a lil rough and all we had was a 30lb TM! (part of the reason we only went for an hour or so)

LOL That's how we roll in Florida. ;D

Nice work!
