Frog article by David P. (Brokeju)

Good article.

Ish Monroe will tell you the same thing, if you can't see the frog then, "set the hook !"

Good article indeed

broke, nice read. tell us what dictates which frog you use. between hollow bodys and solid bodys. i used to think hollows worked across scum and veg matter produced more than working them across open water, where they get a good look at it. where as burning a solid across the open surface produces more than burning it across scum and mats because its basically in a constant strike zone. but my theorys are falling apart with every frog article i run across.

Good read.

Great article.

Awesome article, David.

Good article and I agree with the two types of bites----but I have had a third type! It's almost a"did I miss something?" bite.  Just a real quick "bloop" and the frog is gone-almost like they get real close and suck it in.   These are always deep hook sets. no explosion and if you are looking off, you'll look back and the frog is gone.  Frogs are fun to fish

That's pretty good right there  ;)

Warning from the Surgeon General:

Frog fishing is not recommended for patients with weak hearts!
