Earthquake

Featured Replies

We had a small earth quake today. I happen to be up around 3:10 and laying in bed. I heard the rumble and felt the shaking. First time I've ever experienced that.

The New Madrid fault is due for another big one, according to seismologists. I hope it doesn't come in our's or our kid's lifetimes. I remember feeling tremors a lot when I was a kid growing up in Southeast Missouri.

Ive only felt one in my whole life lol. I was watching tv and all the sudden the couch started going back and forth and the strings on the fan and the latches on the entertainment system started shaking and i was like alright who's shaking the coach and then i thought wait...i dont think anyone could shake the house hahaha.sure enough a few seconds later on the news it showed a decent size earth quake down south more and the little 2.0s were spread throughout most of california lol
