Ive got a President 6735. The ball arm guide has worn out. This is the small plastic spring guide in the bail, part number 1145733 in the schematic for the reel. Cant find the part. No longer made. Any ideas where to check or the part?

Looks like Mike's Reel Repair has it for 52 cents. Google Mike's Reel Repair and plug in the part number. The shipping and the wait from Canada will be the worst part of the deal.

Cool! I hope it works. I have not had the best luck finding a source of reel parts other than Mike's for some brands of reels. They have been good to me so far when I can't find what I need anywhere else.

found the part in stock at Glenns reel repair in Iowa I think it was.
