are you KIDDING ME!that was OUR game!the coach is so stupid!why would we kick a field goal in that situation!I am so PO

Probably because nearly all the high school kickers in the country can make that kick much more often than not. That kicker is probably on suicide watch after those two misses. That loss is literally on him... poor kid. I feel your frustration though- hindsite is always 20/20.

Scott Norwood of the BCS.

Like honestly ya the kicker is not good and he lost the game, but when u have the best QB in all of college football,3 timeouts, its 3rd and 2,ur on like the fourteen yard line and u have control of the last seconds of the quarter, and ur run game AND pass game is dominating, why would you put ur freshman kicker who has missed more field goals than he has made , in that situation!

This is our Varsity kicker as a junior last year.obviously a much different situation, but still. Plus hes probably also the best High School kicker in California, but ud think a college kicker could make a 38 yarder.

Well Luck IS NOT the best QB in the nation. Robert Griffen is. That's why he won the heisman.

Dude....luck is THE best QB.thats why hes THE NUMBER ONE DRAFT PICK.He runs a pro style offense, which prepares u better for the pros, and he doesn't run a pass oriented offense.they only pass when they need too.He also didnt have the recievers this year because a lot of them got hurt. His stats for the OSU game was a 87 percent completion rate for 350 yards 2 touchdowns and an interception that was just a great play by the defender. he was 27 for 31 against a team like OSU.RG3 is good but couldnt compare to him like that.Like said many times on tv,people just got bored of Andrew because hes been doing great for years now so theyre used to him. RG3 was a very dynamic player, being one of the reasons he won the heisman. He's very very good, but Andrew is on a whole different level than he is.

I never said Andrew Luck was bad, but when you have a quarterback that can run and pass like Robert Griffen he makes the game planning so much harder for the opposite team. Ya Andrew Luck passed for 350 yards, but the OSU's defense leaves alot to be desired. Collin Klein for K-State who ran a zone read offense, tore OSU up for 231 yards, granted they still lost. If you look at the passer rating for the whole season RGIII has a passer rating of 190. where as Andrew Luck had a passer rating of 170. Plus RGIII rushed for about 700 yards and ten tds.

They run a spread offense and they pass more.Andrew runs a pro,and if u watch him play his throwing is obviously better than RG3s.Granted RG3 can definitely run, andrew can also scramble for yards, even though RG3 is a better runner by quite a bit,but andrew definitely can throw better.RG3 won the heisman because he was the most dynamic and exciting, people are simply bored of andrews success.

The question is what heisman finalist will be best in pros

I love watching RG3 and hope the Skins draft him, but that's only because Luck will already be long gone. Luck had one decent receiver around him with a couple good tight ends and put up monster numbers in a run first offense while RG3 had a pass happy offense and much better receivers that were deep threats. Same thing with Barkley out of USC... he had two future 1st round wide receivers and a lot of people started saying he was better than Luck because of the numbers. Put Luck behind center at USC and you're looking at the best team in the country.

C-Ripper... that's quite a kicker you guys have but it's a bummer you guys choked in the section finals, AGAIN! Would have been sweet seeing the Mustangs in the state title game. Maybe next year.
