Hi, I'm Dan Johnston with St. Croix Rod Company at the 2014 ICAST show in Orlando, Florida, here to introduce a really exciting product for St. Croix Rod Company, Triumph X. This is a great blank. We use our SC2 material and basically what that means is it's super, super durable but you can also feel with it. We use SC2 in more series at St. Croix than any other material. What we did with the Triumph, this blank is time tested, but we made it really applicable to the bass market. Split grip, good guide train, good aesthetics, picked our top selling models. But what you folks really need to realize is the workmanship and craftsmanship that goes into this rod. We cut no corners. Multiple steps on this series where we use lasers for alignments, blank straightness, guide alignment, handle alignment. The resin in this handle that holds the handle assembly together is over $250 a gallon. No corners cut here, great value, Triumph X, new for 2014. Stcroixrods.com - check it out.
