 Roger Lee Brown Roger is the founder and former President of the Pro-Tec School of Bassin', Inc. He is also a full time professional Bass angler and instructor and has over 20 years experience fishing as a pro. He is a United States Coast Guard certified fishing charter and a NY state licensed guide. He has fished in many tournaments throughout the United States and is also a qualified Boating Safety Instructor and an accomplished author and lecturer. Roger is also the founder and president of The Bass Fishing School.The Bass Fishing School is designed to teach not only the "Beginner" who wants to learn how to fish for Bass, but also the novice and even the experienced tournament Bass angler. Whether it be the NFL, NBA, or any other professional sport, you will always find a coach behind every successful athlete. The coach is the one responsible to teach and sharpen the players' skills.
