I fish a small club tournament every Thursday night. It starts at 530 and ends at 930. Here lately I have had a difficult time getting 5 in the boat. I feel so rushed and I continue cycling through all of my baits. With a tourney this
Short what would be a
Good strategy to get a limit?

Personally if I knew the area Id just pick one where I knew fish were and run a reaction bait down the bank with the troller on high till I start finding some fish just like a normal day. Once you find a consentration slow down for a few casts and see if there are some still sitting. Best thing about those night tournaments is thats right when alot of fish are going to start feeding when the sun is going down. My favorite is the pull a buzzbait out and just go to town with it all night. Dont feel rushed its more time than you realize just means you dont have as much time to run around.

Those night tournament is just for fun and bragging right. Your not going win a ton of money. So just relaxes set and alarm so you don't lose track of time. And just fish! If you keep looking at you watch you'll get stressed and worry about the time and not the fish.

A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work!

Try to put some in the boat before dark. Once it gets dusk/dark I've had good luck getting good fish with senkos tossed unweighted into the same areas you'd fish when it's light.
