i have one spinning set up that i use for finese tactics. i would like to put yozuri hybrid on this rod but i was wondering how this line does with top water, i like to throw poppers on this rod as well. how does this line handle top water? does it sink like flourocarbon?

No it does not. It has more of the mono charicteristics. It will be fine for topwaters. I used it for years before switching to braid
