Im new to bass fishing and im wanting to learn how to fish main lake points and humps. I would like to know what you look for when you go out to fish those and how to fish them. Also, what kind of bait would you use on that type of structure? Is it best to start shallow and work deep, or vice versa. Thanks for the help!!

I use my graph to find any thing irregular on a point or hump then i start out with a c-rig so i can get an idea of the bottom composition and i like to start on the deeper end and work shallow as not to spook fish with my trolling motor as i move across the structure. Any time i can find cover on structure I find bass. There is several different topic on structure fishing look around and search the site you'll find all the info you could ever use. Hope this helped
