Is it possible to powder coat paint these heads with the weed guard in and not mess up the weed guard?
If so how and also how do you keep the paint off of the weed guard?

I ordered a bunch of unpainted heads from Cadman. Great quality, shipping, and everything. He has these nylon pins that you can stick in a jig while painting, then as soon as you take it out of the powder, pull out the pin and you have a nice clean hole for the weedgaurd. The pin is flexible and when bent, the paint just chips off. I bake the heads then epoxy in the weedgaurds.
I use the teflon base hole pins from Barlow's. Same process as Scorcher214 describes.
