Great bait! I acquired one in a trade two years back. It's caught me a lot of fish of all sizes and has held up well.

Great "walk the dog" bait. Even a ham-handed doofus like myself can walk the Gunfish dog. And it will catch bass.
I'd rather be fishing

I haven't tried the Spro Dog. I have many Gunfish, no need to buy the Dog unless someday far in the future I lose all my Gunfish, then I might look at the Dog. Or if someday I'm fishing a Gunfish, my buddy is fishing a Dog, and the Dog beats up on the Gunfish.
I'd rather be fishing

the spro dawg is a different style bait. It is more similar to a spook. The gunfish while it does walk, also has a cupped lip which throws water like a chug bug.

The gunfish is one of the most versatile topwater baits on the market and flat out catches 'em.
