So, the almanac said it was going to be a poor day fishing today, so I grabbed my cheapest pole out of the barn which was a Shakespeare Reverb ... You know the $9 one and it had a bluegill hook with a torn up rubber worm on 8 lb line which was totally worn out and on my second cast into about 6 in. of water up in the cove of my pond I managed to catch this beauty. So, a poor day fishing must mean to take your poor man's pole!!!
