Has anybody fished the ponds around the nassau county court or any other ponds in Jacksonville?

Does anybody know if Pope Duval Park, Bethesda Park, or the retention ponds at the industrial park on Prichard Rd. are any good? I have fished the retention ponds at the industrial park and didn't catch anything but it was cloudy and windy.
