I use NMEA 2000 to link my Elite Ti and my FS.  I currently share waypoints between the two. My FS is at the console and my Ti is on the bow. I generally fish water that is less than 3' deep, so I have honestly never even tried to share the my ducer with the bow mounted Ti.  If I have time this evening I'll go out in the backyard and try. 

I have a Ti, so this may be different for your Ti2, but I do notice that the waypoint icons can sometimes be slightly different between the FS and the Ti.  Once I was dropping diamond marked waypoints on my FS, but they were showing up as heart icons on my Ti.
