Alright guys, I've been bass fishing for several years now. I started fishing from the bank then gradually upgraded boats. I now have an 1860 seaark. I'm tired of being a bank beater (I've had no electronics). I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on one. I plan to convert my boat over to a bass boat style look. I know for sure I want a graph at the console and one at the bow. My question is, should I get the elite 7 ti with total scan for the console? It's within my price range. I guess I'm asking for pros and cons of the unit. Also, on the bow, should I go with down scan or side scan? Or a unit that can do both?

I been checking out this site for a while now and finally created an Account. There seems to be a lot of info on this forum and I can't wait to to learn more from some of you guys.
