It's not a bad stick at all, I rather like it. It's a great frog rod, loads well, moves fish incredibly well. I'd be happy owning one and paying the price for it if it were the choice I made. I can't really say anything bad about the rod, but I've not fished it a ton; probably only a grand total of 12 or 14 hours.

good to hear, what are you using for a reel? and iv been hearing mixed reviews on a rod this long for frogging what do you think??

ive got the first genesis series freds magic stick and its awesome. ive used it a lot for c rigs, flippin, pitchin, frogs of course, and even a big spinnerbait. its a powerful, awesome rod. well worth the cash.
