Featured Replies

1700 anglers. Eight, two hour weigh- in periods. Top twenty fish get a check. $1200.00 down to $160. 00. $40,000 for heaviest Bass. This year a 7.17 lb. My 4.57 got me 20th place in the second weigh-in on Sat. Caught it on a double chug bug.

Congrats!! My father in law and I fished it also. We didn't win any money but weighed 3 fish trying for the 3.0 of 4.0lb even fish. We had a 2.96, 3.60 and 3.96.. so we were close. Where did you fish? We fished in the Niangua arm. I think in the fall we are going to fish a lot farther north.

The one in the fall pays even more!!! 60k to the winner ;)

We also caught a 3.43 and a 3.62 on topwaters around the 8 mm near Alhonna. The second place fish ,5.98, was weighed in at Alhonna. The big fish was weighed in at The Red Fox bar and grill around the 40mm.
