Price??

Featured Replies

Hey I'm wanting a bigger boat and interested in selling mine and was wondering if you guys could help me with a good asking price. It's a 1988 bomber bass boat with a 1988 90 hp Johnson. Everything works on it(lights, pumps, trim). Trailer it comes with is in good shape also. It runs great will idle as long as you want it to. I have a brand new minn kota on it also. Only thing wrong is I have to replace one of the compartment lids, and the carpet isn't in great shape but seats are all new. Thanks for the help!

I did but NADA is just bull, no one in there right mind is actually going to go by that price (unless you just really don't need the money). I was thinking it's worth about 3000 considering all seats are new, and 500 dollar minn kota just put on it. P.S. thanks for the advice diablos

Dream on Alice, you're in Wonder Land Now!

The old Bomber style bass boats are so out dated, almost no body wants them and you will be lucky if you can get $800 - $1,000 for the motor, if it's in excellent condition. Average value is actually much less. Even if you figure another $1,000 for the boat and trailer, that's still a long way from $3,000

The only way to find it's real value is put it up for sale and start adjusting the price. If you think it's worth $3,000, start there. If you don't get any hit's, drop it $500 and try again, keep dropping the price until you start getting hits. The only problem with this is, if you wait too long to drop the price, people will quit looking at it.

If it helps, I've seen a few asking prices around $2,000-2,500 here in MN over the past year or two...but don't know what they actually ended up selling for.
