Oh Boy. New Toy For The Lake...

I like my Jon boat. A lot. With my daughters getting a little bigger, that 32 inch bottom just isn't stable enough anymore for two small kids and myself to mess around in on the lake here at the house. While I was out fishing for a little, I noticed that one of the neighbors on the lake had a boat that hasn't been put in the water in at least a year. I went and spoke to him yesterday and ended up buying it from him. Just needs a good thorough cleaning, the wiring fixed, and a couple of new seats. Best part is the built in live well. Will make taking the girls out fishing with shiners much easier

Stock photo of my new electric beast. Basstender 11.3. Got an extra transom TM with it. Gotta hit one of the marine stores today at some point to pick up some new pedestal bases, poles, and a seat. Just need to figure out how to properly mount my bow mount TM on this thing and I'll be good to go.

Oh, and it only cost me 200 bucks. A steal considering what they sell for used most of the time on Craigslist. I'll be able to sell my Jon for at least that much.

I used one for years there very stable i could stand all the way in the edge and not tip it over . You and your children should be able to fish very easily out of it.
