Lowrance Mark 4 Not Recognizing My Navionics Card

I bought a Lowrance mark 4 for my console, I installed it and put in the navionics chip.( premium). In the settings I changed the mapping to navionics and I am getting an error message at start up. Clear the message out and am getting no readings from the card. Any help would be appreciated.

    I dont own that unit but it does have an update that you will need to download from Lowrance website to a micro sd card. Have you done that already?

    What error message are you seeing? The Mark 4 is fully compatible with the Navionics Premium cards (not Platinum). As nicebass said, current software version is 1.6.0. Check your version under the Settings Menu, System, About.
