Hello,

Going to be staying near Gatlinburg for a week starting June 22. Looking to take a day to fish with my 8 y/o son. Smallmouth can be tough this time of year from what I understand, so I'm open to stripers too. My son can handle spinning gear pretty well, but not a baitcaster. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.

    Not sure of a guide, but the nearest big lake by there is lake Douglas (great fishing). I'm sure you can find one in that area. Good luck
