I am in a division now (Hoosier) but I want to fish a tournament in a different division(Buckeye) do I have to pay a 50 dollar membership fee again to join that divison?

    I doubt it but the right people to contact would be FLW.

    No, you do not. The membership fee is paid to FLW and allows you to fish any open event on their schedule for that calendar year.
