So the other day I bought a veritas 7'6 mh for a back up jig rod, well I didn't know much about them and I bought the "winch" model.... Just found out it is a cranking rod and really feel like an idiot, thought it felt limber in the store but it was light and had good reviews. This ever happened to anyone else lol.

yea, my first big budjet rod, a mojo, on sale for 60, with coupons, i got a cranker rod for a buzzbait rod, lol
