can anyone tell me if these boats have a livewell..maybe that is what is under the drivers seat.the boat is 16 feet is a 60 H.p. for this boat?

    The only place visible in all the photos is the box under the drivers seat, but the front deck or the port side could have one. Typically that boat brand during that period and before used a large cooler with a padded seat for a livewell.and it was in front of the console.

    The boat is overpowered for its rating. Depending on which one of the two versions it is, the max HP is either 35 or 40 HP. Info from iboats.com
