I'm thinking about getting a weedguard for my trolling motor, wanted to hear some of your thoughts about them. I have been looking at the type made by weed master, but I also saw this new kind called the mosshawg check it out at www.innovativeoutdoors.net and tell me what you think. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I just used a plumbers adjustable clasp and a jig saw blade

Total cost $7.

It works good, it'll help cut thru weeds

Just make sure you orientate the teeth of the saw blade the right way (not just left or right but also so the weeds hit the teeth on the right angle to cut.)
