No Where

Recommended Posts

Is what I was told by a fisherman after I told him that I hadn't been having any luck with the bass lately, he said they were no where. The lake used to be real decent for small bass catches, with the state every now and then stocking 5#'s. Cast after cast with nothing to show for it has me thinking that the lake has reduced bass population now. Should I inquire more info about it, or leave it be and wait for conditions to get better? Thanks

Contact your DNR (Dept. of Natural Resources) and ask them if they know what's going on with the pond.

Instead of calling somebody you can just fish

maybe the bass just aren't as active. I've noticed that in my private late I was pulling out 3 to 5# in there and the past few weeks nothing. Last big one was on 6/30... I know they didn't go anywhere I just think the weather has been too hot.
