Fishing In My Head

Featured Replies

So here I am, Working on another Saturday.

I had planned to be in the water right now. however due to a late nate call last night I am here instead, sitting at my desk. Really not accomplishing anything because my mind is too occupied thinking about the fish I could be reeling in right now.

Anyone else have trouble getting fishing off their mind when fishing plans get messed up? Whats the cure for this madness?!

I have trouble falling asleep because I think about lunkers and/or buying new gear. The cure? Go fishing.

Yeah this happens to me a lot. There actually is no cure. Like heroin, if you do fish it just makes the urge even greater next time.

Late in the afternoon when I should be fishing, and they have me working....I bring in my baitcaster and practice pitching in the common.

Otherwises, I am on here learning.
