Has anyone experimented with a Strike King 3xd and the KVD short shank triple grip hooks? Can anyone tell me what size hook to replace the stock hook?

Has anyone tried this? Likes? Dislikes?

    The mustad KVD short shank ewg trebles work great. And you can step up to the next bigger size on your cranks because of the short shanks.

    I don't have any 3XD cranks but I would think they would use a size #6 treble so if you go with the KVD elite triple grip short shank you could go up to a size #4.

    I've replaced my #4 hooks on my Bomber Square A's with #2 KVD's and they work great...
