I've been searching the internet for an accessory that goes on the seat post on your boat, it holds your pliers and scissors and stuff like that. I see many people have them, but i can't find any online. Where can I find one?

    Make your own using a PVC fitting and attach it to the pedistal with a hose clamp. I have one for a Kick-n Bass bottle and another for tools.
