Hi Everyone, I'm new to the site and I am from indiana!

So I am going to Lake St. Clair for the first time at the beginning of September, and i have never been out there. What should I look for when fishing out here this time of year? I'd like to get into some smallmouth bass since it is kinda famous for them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
