Anyone else find this funny? Ad for rod. "Rod is brand new. I only fished it on one trip. It doesn't have the action I am looking for." Or "Brand new reel in box with oil and papers. I fished it a few hours, but discovered I don't like the ergonomics."

Some people don't seem able to grasp the meaning of "used". It may look like new. It may even look better than some new as we all know not every product is shipped from the factory in immaculate condition. It may be pristine or mint, but use it for even one cast and it ain't new anymore.

Kind of like saying "Brand new Vette. I only put 2 miles on it." (8 times down the 1/4 mile strip.)
