Uncle Homer Rip

I received my Bassmaster issue yesterday and as I reading along I find out Uncle Homer died this past June. He went fishing with Glen Lau on Sunday June 17, which is something they did together every Sunday, and he passed away that Fri. My condolenceses to his family and friends. We lost a great one. However his teachings will last a life time.

Yep - a great guy; fished 'till the end of his time, then passed quickly - not a bad way to go...

BTW - we had another thread back in June on this topic - that's why you're not getting a lot of posts on your thread.

Yes, I noticed that when I reading about Homer that someone at BR put thread out about him. I don't know how I missed it. Either way he will be missed greatly.

He will be missed. Loved his knowledgeable, wise-uncle delivery of fishing wisdom...
