How do you guys retrieve a finesse worm, such as a reaction innovations flirt or Zoom finesse worm, when you are using a split shot or mojo rig?

Depending on the size of splitshot, I'll sometimes let the shot hit the bottom, then I twitch the rod tip, reel slack and so on, then cast and repeat.

I actually imagine a bait fish (the worm) twitching about after a food source (the split shot), if that makes any sense. So that kind of helps my retrieve mentality.

I'll also use a Zoom tiny fluke hooked thru the nose and work it the same way. Have found some nice success with this method.
