Headed up to Baltimore Thursday to fish with my little brother. We're gonna hit Loch Raven. Anyone know any good spots? I've driven by it a lot and I'm familiar with all the roads in the area but I've never fished it.

The Loch is LOADED with fish. One of, if not the best LMB fisheries in the state. Does'nt matter where you go, you'll find fish.

i do fish there regulary, my favorite spot is the island, just go straight from the ramp and u will see the island.

plus i suggest you fish bluffs under the bridge. i got my pb there 3.5 lbs on 4 inch senko

Cool. Thanks guys. Im heading out in the morning. I'll be sure to post pics of what I catch.

if you can rent a boat for $30 bucks, and I used to catch all kinds of stuff in there. Bass, crappie, pikes, and a very large cat(broke my line). You should be able to land some nice size crappies if you fish under the bridge, and trout magent works great there. if you are on foot, then there is parking before you hit the bridge and there are decent amount of bass of both sides.

i am going at saturday

Ugh! Not one bite! I blame my brother for taking forever to get ready to go. By the time we got threre it was almost dark and of course neither of us had a flashlight so we only had like an hour to fish. I saw the bluffs you were talking about, telmomarques, but we were on the other side and since we didn't have much time we didn't wanna spend 15 minutes going back to the car and moving. Next time i guess. Were gonna try again next week. Maybe go early and rent a boat. Let me know how you do Saturday.

joe, i'll post pics on here
