YUM Gonzo Grub

So I was at the store earlier looking for some more Yamamoto DT Hula Grubs.  They had one pack, in one color.  Naturally not what I wanted (bought them anyway - stupid monkey).  Was walking around and saw the Yum grubs, they look exactly the same as the GYCB grub.  Obviously it's not the same plastic and whatnot, but the profile is pretty much the same thing.  Anybody else ever use these?

They're O.K.

I prefer Kalin grubs to either. Less expensive, and better tail action at low speeds.

I ran into the same situation a few years ago - went to buy Yama hulas and they were out of stock, wound up buying the Yum.

Tied them on and took them fishing.  They're a solid hula, no complaints, have good scent, hold up better than the Yamas too.  Since then, I've bought both brands and haven't noticed much of a difference between them other than saving a few bucks on the Yum.

I also have fished both brands and like both. Yamamoto has a specific color I love so I lean toward that brand. Yum is more durable and less expensive though.

The gonzo grub is good, but it doesn't have quite the same action at slow speeds as the Yamamoto or the Kalin's. Also, it seems like half of the grubs you buy in a pack of Gonzos are messed up and useless. They are more durable, have some different colors, and the Yum scent is nice as well.
