Kabcot "kentucky Area Basscat Owners Tournament" 2013

Recommended Posts

Fellow BCB Owners,

The date has been scheduled for the 2013 Kentucky Area Bass Cat Owners Tournament (K.A.B.C.O.T). This two day event is scheduled for Father’s Day weekend June 15 & 16, 2013 on Kentucky Lake with Kentucky Dam Village being the launch site. We hope to make this event fun and you’ll bring your family.

For those that can’t make it we’re sorry if we didn’t pick a weekend or location that works with your schedule. Hopefully we can make this an annual event and make it grow. This area of the U.S. has needed a BCB regional event.

There will be a mandatory pre-tournament meeting that Friday evening before. A cook-out is planned that evening and the area’s best lake guide, Captain Dave Stewart of Bass Buster Guide Service, will be there for a brief speech and answer any questions.

We’re still growing this event and looking for additional sponsors. If you know of any potential sponsors please let us know.

Rules for the event will mirror SEBCOG rules and 1-13 will apply with the exception of changing Alabama to Kentucky. Event hours to be determined.

The weigh-in each day will be handled Fisherman’s Headquarters’ who has graciously offered to do this for us. They are the areas largest bass tackle store and just a short drive to Draffenville. Please support them as they are supporting us.
